The Full Process

Seven Steps.
Country First. Factory Second.

From the first call to the final delivery — here is exactly what happens, in what order, and what you walk away with at each stage. Notice that we choose the right region before we contact a single factory.

01Day 0–3

Discovery Call & Product Brief

You tell us what you want to build.

We start with a focused 45-minute call. No lengthy questionnaires, no NDAs before hello. You share your product idea, your target market, your rough budget, and your launch goal. We listen, ask the right questions, and map out what's realistically achievable.

You get

A written Product Brief confirming your goals, constraints, and next steps — sent within 24 hours of the call.

This call is free. There is zero commitment at this stage.

02Day 3–8

Country Selection & Sourcing Strategy

We choose the right country before we contact a single factory.

Most sourcing services jump straight to finding a factory. We don't. First, we identify the right region for your product — across India, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Middle East, and Latin America — based on your product type, target cost, compliance requirements, and which market you're selling into. We also define a backup country upfront, so your production is never dependent on a single geography. You get a three-layer sourcing plan: Primary, Backup, and Expansion.

You get

A Sourcing Strategy Document — primary and backup country recommendations, cost benchmarks, compliance notes, MOQ ranges, and long-term expansion path. Yours to keep regardless of next steps.

You know exactly where your product will be made — and why — before a single factory is contacted.

03Day 8–16

Factory Matching & On-Ground Audit

You get a shortlist of factories we've already vetted — in the right country.

With the right region confirmed, we identify 8–12 factories from our active network that match your spec, then shortlist 3–5 through our full audit — checking production capacity, machinery, compliance certifications, financial stability, and past international client references. Every factory on your shortlist has been visited in person by our team. You get factories we'd stake our own reputation on.

You get

Factory Audit Reports for 3–5 shortlisted manufacturers, including capability overview, certifications, and our recommendation.

Every factory on your shortlist has been physically vetted. No cold leads.

04Day 14–35

Sampling & Product Development

Your sample arrives right — or we go again at no extra cost.

Once you select a factory, sampling begins. We provide the factory with a technical specification sheet built from your brief — not just a mood board. We inspect the sample on-ground in Noida before it ships to you, flagging any deviations. If the first sample isn't right, we request revisions and repeat until it is. You approve. Then — and only then — production is discussed.

You get

A physical production-approved sample + a written Sample Inspection Report confirming spec compliance.

Sample revisions are included. You don't pay more because the factory got it wrong.

05Day 35–65

Production & Mid-Run Inspection

Your production run is inspected while it's happening — not after.

Once you approve the sample and confirm the production order, the factory begins the full run. At the 30–40% completion mark, our on-ground team visits the factory for a mid-production inspection — checking materials, workmanship, labelling, and batch consistency. Problems caught at 35% cost a fraction of problems caught at 100%.

You get

A Mid-Production Inspection Report with photographs, measurements, and a pass/conditional/fail status.

We are at the factory. Not monitoring remotely. Not relying on the factory's own QC.

06Day 65–75

Pre-Shipment Inspection & Final Sign-Off

Nothing ships until it matches what you approved.

When production is complete, we conduct a full Pre-Shipment Inspection — comparing the finished batch against the approved sample across every measurable dimension: size, colour, weight, packaging, labelling, and defect rate. If anything falls outside tolerance, we hold the shipment and request a fix. Your sign-off is the only thing that releases the goods.

You get

A Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificate — the document that proves your goods met the agreed standard before leaving the factory.

Shipments are held, not shipped, when they don't pass. You are the final authority.

07Day 75–90+

Delivery, Documentation & Handover

Your goods arrive. Your factory relationship is yours to keep.

We coordinate final logistics, confirm dispatch, and track the shipment to your warehouse or fulfilment centre. On delivery, we hand over the complete Production Documentation Package — every report, spec sheet, contract, and certificate from the entire engagement. Your factory relationship is formally transferred to you. You can reorder, renegotiate, or scale directly — without us in the middle.

You get

Full Production Documentation Package + Factory Contact Handover. Your relationship with the manufacturer is now entirely yours.

We build you a factory relationship you own — not a dependency on us.

Cost Optimisation & Supplier Strategy

We Don't Just Compare Prices.
We Evaluate Full Landed Cost.

A lower unit price from an unvetted factory can cost you more than a higher price from a proven one — once you account for rejection rates, compliance failures, logistics delays, and the agent commission baked silently into every quote.

Every sourcing recommendation we make is benchmarked against the total cost of ownership — not just the per-unit figure that shows up on an invoice. We model the real cost before you commit to a factory.

Agent commissions

Built invisibly into every quote

Rejected batches

Full production run paid, zero sellable units

Compliance failures

Customs holds, marketplace delisting

Lead time inflation

Best-case quotes with no revision buffer
